Any resident of the West Bay neighbourhood, 18 years and over, is eligible to become a member of the WBRA.

All eligible residents are encouraged to register as members of the Society. All registered members will receive Society updates, notices of meetings and information and updates on current events, issues and more.
A registered member is eligible to vote if they have paid their annual membership fee for that year.

Membership Fee Payment
The annual membership fee is a minimum $10.00 donation to the West Bay Residents Association. Membership fees are due in the month of December for the coming year. Fees paid at other times are not prorated throughout the year.
Cash, Cheque or E-transfer
WBRA members may choose to pay their annual membership fee by cash or by cheque by dropping off or mailing your cash or cheque to 908 Dunsmuir Road, Esquimalt, BC V9A 5C3.
Also, you may use e-transfer to pay your annual fees by way of our email: westbayresidentsassoc@shaw.ca
